Embedded view: The video-assistance view is embedded into Zendesk ticketing interface, allowing the agent to easily update the ticket during the video-call
Invitee autofill: The contact information of the guest is automatically filled, removing the risk of errors
Snapshots retrieval: Snapshots taken during the video-assistance call are retrieved and attached to Zendesk ticket
Session history: Statistics of video-assistance sessions are collected and historized in Zendesk.
