Apizee is integrated with Zendesk ticketing interface, permitting to make video-assistance calls directly from Zendesk.

Features of this integration are:

  • Embedded view: The video-assistance view is embedded into Zendesk ticketing interface, allowing the agent to easily update the ticket during the video-call

  • Invitee autofill: The contact information of the guest is automatically filled, removing the risk of errors

  • Snapshots retrieval: Snapshots taken during the video-assistance call are retrieved and attached to Zendesk ticket

  • Session history: Statistics of video-assistance sessions are collected and historized in Zendesk.

API endpoints used to implement this integration:

  • iFrame integration API : Used to integrate Appvisio into Zendesk, allowing agents to start video-assistance sessions from within Zendesk tickets.
